Introduction & Applicability

1 General Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 44bat platform and all of its services. By opening an account on 44bat or by using our services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

44bat is an online gaming platform for users in Bangladesh, offering cricket betting, live casino, slot games and other entertainment gaming options. We are committed to providing all our members with a safe, fair and transparent gaming environment.

           
          Important: These Terms may change from time to time. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you have accepted the updated Terms.
        

2 Age Restriction & Eligibility

44bat services are available to persons aged 21 and above only. By registering on our platform, you confirm that you are currently 21 years of age or older. Accounts belonging to underage users will be closed immediately and any associated balance may be forfeited.

The user must be a resident of Bangladesh.
A person may only operate one account.
Failure to provide the required documents for identity verification may result in the account being temporarily suspended.
Operating another person's account on their behalf is strictly prohibited.

Account-Related Terms

3 Account Opening & Accuracy of Information

When registering on 44bat, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. If false information or fraudulent activity is detected, the account will be closed and any balance in the account may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your password with anyone, and report any suspicious activity to our support team immediately.

Keep the mobile number and email provided at registration active at all times.
If you need to change your account details, contact us directly through live chat.
Transferring, selling or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited.

4 Account Suspension & Closure

44bat reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

If any provision of these Terms is violated.
If fraudulent or dishonest gaming behaviour is detected.
If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
If bonus abuse or exploitation of system vulnerabilities is identified.
If money laundering or any other illegal activity is suspected.

You may also close your own account at any time by requesting our support team. Any remaining valid balance will be made available for withdrawal before the account is closed.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

5 Deposit Terms

44bat currently supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay as deposit methods. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. All deposit transactions are processed through secure and encrypted channels.

Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
Deposits made using another person's account are not permitted and such transactions may be returned.
Deposits should be credited to your account instantly; if there is any delay, please contact the support team.

6 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile banking method used for the deposit.

           
          Before withdrawing, make sure the wagering requirements related to your bonus have been met. Withdrawal requests will be rejected if wagering requirements are incomplete.
        

We may request additional documents for identity verification if needed.
Suspicious withdrawal requests may require additional verification.
No service fee applies to withdrawal amounts.

Bonus & Promotional Terms

7 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives you ৳1,000 in bonus and a total balance of ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳42,000 gives you the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 for a total of ৳62,000.

The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10x, calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must complete ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 in bets before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

Each account is eligible for the welcome bonus once only.
If a withdrawal is attempted before the wagering requirements are met, the bonus will be cancelled.
44bat reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

8 VIP Program Terms

44bat's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback is awarded at each tier:

Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

You can advance through VIP tiers through regular gaming activity. The benefits and cashback amounts at each tier may change at 44bat's discretion.

9 Bonus Abuse Policy

44bat follows a strict policy against bonus abuse or manipulation. The following behaviours may result in bonus forfeiture and account closure:

Multiple members of the same household claiming the same bonus on separate accounts.
Placing bets on opposing sides to meet bonus wagering requirements (matched betting).
Attempting to earn bonuses using any kind of software or bot.
Attempting to claim the welcome bonus multiple times using false information.

10 Gaming Fairness & RNG

All game providers on 44bat use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This ensures that every game outcome is completely random and cannot be manipulated by anyone. All our game partners, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft and Spribe, comply with international fair play standards.

In the event of a technical error or disruption to a game result, 44bat reserves the right to void the game and refund the bet amount.

11 Betting Rules

In sports betting, please read the applicable rules carefully before placing a bet in any league or tournament. Standard betting rules apply to betting markets for all tournaments including IPL, BPL, T20 World Cup and ICC events.

A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
Any bet placed with prior knowledge of match fixing or corruption will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to cancel bets accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error.

12 Prohibited Behaviour

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 44bat platform and may result in immediate account closure:

Any attempt to hack, crack or exploit vulnerabilities in the platform.
Playing games using automated bots or software.
Manipulating the system through collaboration with other players.
Using false identities or documents.
Harassing or insulting other users.

44bat uses SSL encryption technology to protect your personal information. We do not sell your information to third parties. However, information may be shared with relevant authorities if required by legal obligation or for fraud investigation.

Liability & General Provisions

15 Limitation of Liability

44bat will not be liable for any loss caused by technical errors on the platform, internet connection disruptions or failure of third-party services. However, in such situations we will make every effort to restore service as quickly as possible.

44bat is not responsible for bets or game sessions lost due to internet connection issues.
In the event of odds or payouts displayed incorrectly due to technical reasons, we reserve the right to make corrections.
We are not liable for service disruptions due to force majeure events (natural disasters, government directives, etc.).

16 Dispute Resolution

When submitting a complaint, please include your account details, transaction ID and a full description of the dispute. It may not be possible to process a dispute without sufficient information.

17 Changes to Terms

44bat reserves the right to change or amend these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will try to give notice as far in advance as possible. Continued use of the platform after any change means you have accepted the new Terms.
